Mattress Warranty

  • 10-year limited warranty from the original purchase date
  • Original purchaser only. Retain copy of original receipt. Non-transferable
  • One time replacement or repair
  • No fee or deductible
  • Mattress is designed to offer the best possible sleep. It is designed to be placed under a solid base or foundation sufficient enough to support collective weight of mattress and foundation. Not intended to be placed directly on the floor due to possible moisture issues

What’s covered?

  • Deterioration of the mattress resulting in more than a 1” deflection or sag not associated with an improper foundation or base. Supportive base must be sufficient to support mattress and occupant(s)
  • Manufacturing flaw in the zipper that is not from improper use or overuse of zipper
  • Physical flaw in the cover such as stitch unraveling or a fabric tear not resulting from improper use or unpacking. We will at our own option repair or replace the cover. If replaced, we will offer current style of cover if original is obsolete
  • Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the mattress that causes permanent damage to mattress despite normal usage and proper handling

What’s not covered?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Deflection or sag under 1”
  • Normal increase in softness due to long term use
  • Comfort preference
  • Stains, tears, burns, liquid damage and stains, or soiling. Damage caused by animal’s, rodents or children
  • Damage from improper foundation
  • Damage from improper unpacking 
  • Product that is sold as is, sold by an unauthorized dealer, previously owned, returned, preconditioned, reconditioned, or used mattress previously owned by another consumer or customer
  • Noncompliance of washing instructions of the cover
  • Mold or mildew caused by placing mattress on an unbreathable surface

Customers Responsibilities

  • Provide us with a description of the alleged defect
  • Provide proof or original receipt
  • Photo or photos of the alleged defect

Remedy

Upon review of the claim we will, at our discretion, determine that the defect is legitimate as per our warranty and will repair or replace your mattress or mattress cover. Additional photos may be requested to verify the claim. In the event that your product has been discontinued, a replacement of the current model will be replaced at our sole discretion. Shipping or handling charges will be covered by the customer. At our discretion, we can request the defective product be returned to us. Any disposal of the product not returned to us will be the responsibility of the customer. No new warranty is provided on replacement or repaired product. The warranty on any repaired or replaced product begins at the date of the original purchase. There are no warranties that extend beyond this contract and our total liability will not exceed beyond the purchase price of the mattress.

Box spring warranty

Foundation must be properly assembled as per instructions.

  • 5-year limited warranty from the original purchase date
  • Original purchaser only. Retain copy of original receipt. Non-transferable

  • Box spring is designed to offer the best possible sleep. It is designed to be placed under a solid base sufficient enough to support collective weight of mattress and foundation

  • Manufacturing flaw in the cover that is not from improper use
  • Physical flaw in the cover such as stitch unraveling or a fabric tear not resulting from improper use or unpacking. We will at our own option repair or replace the cover. If replaced, we will offer current style of cover if original is obsolete

  • Frame is designed to be used solely with our box spring and is designed to support the collective weight of a normal headboard. 

What’s covered?

  • Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the frame due to faulty workmanship or materials that causes permanent damage to frame
  • Physical flaw in the frame such as damaged or broken frame resulting from improper use or unpacking. We will, at our own option, repair or replace the frame. If replaced, we will offer current style if original is obsolete

What’s not covered?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper assembly or by physical abuse
  • Product that is sold as is, by and unauthorized dealer, previously owned, returned, preconditioned, reconditioned, or used mattress previously owned by another consumer or customer
